Description
Scrolling through a frontal z-stack of a 28 hpf tg(gfap:nls-mCherry) (magenta) olig2:gfp (green) double transgenic embryo labeled for pH3 (blue). Movie begins at the most superficial/anterior slice and scrolls to deeper/more posterior slices, spanning the entire commissural region.
