Abstract
This paper introduces the concept of biocontrols, their history, and their potential for use at the Smith College Botanical Garden. By performing an insecticide inventory, examining biocontrol efficiency through an experiment, assessing the risks of biocontrols, analyzing a cost-benefit analysis, and speaking with other community members involved using biocontrols, I formulated a biocontrol/insecticide application plan that will hopefully be put to use.
