Description
Movie of 28 hpf model showing each cell type observed relative to the forebrain commissures individually, in the order of: forebrain, axons, olig2+ cells, gfap+ glia, Zrfs, fli1a+ cells, and all channels combined. After individual cell models, channels are added to the total model in the order they appeared.
